Privacy policy

First! is a free game at first-invest.pages.dev where players "claim" public videos early and earn in-game coins when those videos grow. Coins have no real-money value. This page explains what information the game uses and why.
What we collect
- From your Google sign-in: your first name, your profile picture link and a Google account ID that identifies you to the game. We do not store your email address.
- Game data: your coins, claims, predictions, custom coins, trades, cards, badges, friends, clan and challenges, and the times these happened.
- Links you paste: the public YouTube videos you check or claim, and their public numbers (title, views, channel, upload time).
- Notifications: if you turn them on, a delivery address from your browser's push service so we can send game notifications to your device.
- On your device: a sign-in token and a few settings are kept in your browser so you stay signed in.
How we use it
- To run the game: keep your progress, calculate payouts and show leaderboards.
- To show your first name and picture to other players on leaderboards, friends lists, clans and challenges.
- To send notifications you asked for, such as a claim passing a view milestone.
- Public creator pages show how many players claimed a channel's videos. They do not show who those players are.
We do not sell your information, and the game does not show advertising at this time. We do not use your data to track you on other sites.
YouTube API Services
First! uses YouTube API Services to read public information about videos and channels. By using First! you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke First!'s access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page.
Where data is stored
The game and its database run on Cloudflare. Google handles sign-in, and your browser's push service (for example Google, Apple or Mozilla) delivers notifications.
How long we keep it
Game data is kept while your account exists. Notifications are deleted after 30 days, and sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- You can sign out at any time, and turn notifications off in the game or in your browser.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, including deleting your whole account, by emailing sevcon.facts@gmail.com.
- If you live in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
You need your own Google account to play. If you are under the age required in your country to agree to this on your own, please ask a parent or guardian first.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
